Ī¤iniakos Dimitris
Dimitris Tiniakos was born born in Andros in 1920, He graduated of the Superior School of Fine Arts in Athens. He had participated in many group exhibitions in Greece ad abroad. He has also presented more from 20 individual reports. He was mainly distinguished for his work in engraveable and in the watercolour. The characteristics of his work are the excellent technique combined with a retained lyric feeling. Many of his paintings exist in Banks, Municipalities and other institutions. In 1989 the National Art gallery honored him for his work. He died on 9 December 1997.
