Contemporary Art Exhibition "Greece - Cyprus - Romania”

Melenia Art Gallery and the Muzeul de Arta Populara "Prof. Dr. Nicolae Minovici" are organizing a Greek - Cypriot - Romanian Art Contemporary Exhibition, on Thursday 19th of October 2017, 19.30 p.m, at Muzeul de Arta Populara "Prof. Dr. Nicolae Minovici".
The duration of the exhibition is 19 to 29 October 2017.

The artists participated are: from Romania: Mircea Nechita, Mirela Iordache, Delia Lungan, Maia Stefana Oprea, from Cyprus: Nikolas Antoniou, Evgenia Vasiloude, Silia Philippou, from Greece: Christos Efstathiou, Nadia Rapti, Aris Stoidis, Zoe Pane, Evangelia Taka, Stefanos Souvatzoglou.

The aim of this exhibition is the promotion of common grounds and mentalities of three countries Romania - Greece and Cyprus, through the coexistence of young talented artists from different countries. The exhibition will give them the opportunity to exchange opinions, searches, inspirations and tendencies on the contemporary art. The impressive point of this exhibition will be the different view of the contemporary art through the artwork of young artists -With this exhibition; people could observe the international influence upon these young artists and maybe find common past or common future to their art.
This cultural event will try to bring forth the creative art of artists from Romania, Greece and Cyprus to the Romanian audience and to reinforce the bonds and cooperation between their artists. The event in Bucharest will take place under the aegis of the Embassies of Greece and Cyprus in Romania, as well as the Fundaţia Culturală Greacă. The event will be under the melody of the well famous saxophonist, Louis Palomino.

Melenia Art Gallery
is the first Greek Gallery in Bucharest.
First opening January 2009. Its aim is the presentation of worth seeing artists of contemporary art.
