Anna Filimonova
Anna Filimonova born on April 12th 1985, Ryazan. Raised in a creative family, Anna continues the family tradition of choosing art as profession.

Between 2001 – 2004 she studied at Ryazan Art Wagner College at the Department of modeling and in 2004 – 2006 at Ryazan Institute of Moscow State University of Culture and Arts at the Department of “design environment”.

She has developed an artistic style called "Prana" The basis of this style is a graphic representation of the invisible power structures. The depth of feeling of something intangible is created with the spectral range: the air, smells, sounds, speed sensations can now be seen. The style goal is to reflect the absence of facets of this world and create an energy portrait.

In 2010 takes part at The Russian Art Week (Moscow House of Artists), international competition which involved more than 2000 artists from 30 countries. She was awarded the title of laureate and took second place in the category “Graphics”. As winner of the Russian Art Week she takes part at the international exhibition Week for the Arts in Copenhagen.

She has also participated in the Buxiejo Gallery (USA) and in January 2012 at Mounts Bay Contemporary Gallery, Penzance, Cornwall, UK. Also held solo exhibitions in Ryazan like “The Philosophy of Color” (2008), “Through the Looking Glass”(2009).
